Our jewellery is sent free of charge the following working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed in a brand-new presentation box.

Returns are offered within 14 days of purchase in which the buyer pays return postage Special Delivery with Royal Mail. The returned item must be un-worn with the tamper proof tag still intact and undamaged.

All our jewellery is second hand and restored. 

All items are ultrasonically cleaned and machine polished. 

Any white gold has been re-rhodium plated where applicable. 

All diamonds are electronically tested and any un-hallmarked metal is acid tested. 

Any weights including carat weights are approximate.

We are happy to take hallmarked gold and platinum jewellery in part exchange of this item. If you wish to part exchange an item please contact us for further details.  

Depending on the style, the setting and the existing size of the ring, we can resize most items of jewellery.

Our bespoke sizing service is priced on an individual basis as prices vary depending on precious metal and the extent of sizing.
