How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped using a traceable Royal Mail delivery service. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for Royal Mail Track & Trace.
What are the delivery options?
To ensure that your order arrives safely, we ship all jewellery orders the following working day using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Shipping is FREE to UK destinations on all orders over £25.00.
How do I return an item?
We are sure that you will love your item, but in the unlikely event that you are not not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. Please read our Returns Policy here for full details on how to return an item.
When will my order arrive?
If your item is in stock we will ship your order the next working day for guaranteed next day delivery (Mon - Fri). If you have chosen our bespoke sizing service we will ship your order within 7 days. If you would like an update on the progress of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Do you provide international delivery?
Yes, we ship to Europe, the USA and Austrailia for an additional charge. If you would like an item sent to another country, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be more than happy to help you.
Do you offer a sizing service?
We offer a bespoke sizing service on most of our pre-loved jewellery items. In the event that an item cannot be sized we will tell you. Prices vary depending on the precious metal and the extent of sizing, please contact us to discuss sizing prior to placing your order. The additional costs of sizing are non-refundable should you wish to return the item.
How is your second hand jewellery restored?
Every piece of secind hand jewellery that we buy is thoroughly checked by our in-house jeweller prior to restoration. Any precious metals that do not carry a full hallmark are carefully acid tested to verify the gold content.
