How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped using a traceable Royal Mail delivery service.. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for Royal Mail Track & Trace.
What are your delivery options?
To ensure that your order arrives safely, we ship all jewellery orders the following working day using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Shipping is FREE to UK destinations on all orders over £25.00.
How do I return an item?
We are sure that you will love your item, but in the unlikely event that you are not not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. Please read our Returns Policy for full details on how to return an item.
When will my order arrive?
If your item is in stock we will ship your order the next working day for guaranteed next day delivery (Mon - Fri). If you have chosen our bespoke sizing service we will ship your order within 7 days. If you would like an update on the progress of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Do you provide International delivery?
Our shipping service is for UK orders only. We can provide international delivery at an additional cost. Please use the contact form above to obtain a quotation for international delivery before placing your order.
Do you offer a sizing service?
We offer a bespoke sizing service on most second hand jewellery items. Prices vary depending on the precious metal and the extent of sizing, please contact us to discuss sizing prior to placing your order. The additional costs of sizing are non-refundable should you wish to return the item.
